4.1. Delivery within Nairobi: For orders within Nairobi, payment on delivery is available. You will only be required to pay the total amount upon receiving your order.

4.2. Delivery Outside Nairobi: For orders outside Nairobi using the payment on delivery option, the delivery fee must be paid in advance. The remaining balance for the order will be paid upon delivery.

4.3. Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, product availability, and other factors. We will strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe but do not guarantee timely delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. General Return Policy: You may return most products within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5.2. Sanitary Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sanitary products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. Please ensure you select these items carefully before completing your order.

5.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
